Mr.
Lee has worked in the field of construction materials testing and
inspection since 1979. His primary areas of responsibility have
included quality assurance of soil placement and compaction, foundation
installation, asphaltic paving placement and inspection, concrete and
steel placement, and roofing installation. He also has extensive
experience in quality control, in-house training and certification of
field technicians, development of education programs, scheduling and
management of field technicians, and is accustomed to working closely
with geotechnical and design teams, as well as construction personnel.

Fort Worth Meacham Airport, Fort Worth, Texas
Served as project manager of several projects performed at the airport
consisting of embankment fill for a new runway with full depth concrete
pavement and asphalt overlay of all taxiways and runways and a new
terminal. Drainage improvements were also performed on the apron and
taxiway during one specific project.

Served as project manager over the construction testing of an auto racing facility that included massive site grading.
