Professional Experience	Mr. Sappington has worked in the field of geotechnical engineering and construction materials testing since 2004. His prior professional experience includes environmental investigations, remediation, and engineering, hydrology and hydraulics engineering, and land development engineering. Mr. Sappington's graduate thesis focused on strength effects of long-term seasonal moisture change for various pavement subgrade stabilization methods in sulfate-rich expansive clays. Mr. Sappington has diversified geotechnical engineering project management experience.
